Job summary

A visible security presence, alarms handling, and emergency response are key aspects of the role. The position requires surveillance at the gate, patrols of premises and perimeter, and strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• British national due to client security requirements.
• SIA licence preferred; training and sponsorship can be provided.
• Developed Vetting (DV) readiness may be required in the future.
• Must have demonstrable previous security experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor access control points and gate systems.
• Conduct identification and verification checks for personnel and vehicles.
• Manage site deliveries and collections.
• Maintain visitor and contractor records.
• Perform personnel and vehicle searches as required.
• Enforce parking policies and manage car park areas.
• Patrol buildings and site perimeter on foot and by vehicle.
• Respond to emergency incidents swiftly and effectively.
• Conduct out-of-hours checks on buildings and restricted areas.
