A prominent educational institution in London seeks a committed Site Security Officer for maintaining daily security and cleanliness of the campus. Graveney School wishes to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Site Security Officer. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day security and cleanliness of the school campus, ensuring visitors and students on site comply with safeguarding and reporting procedures. Applicants should be able to handle site situations in a sensitive and calm manner and communicate with a range of people at all levels. During quiet periods, the role includes undertaking a range of tasks in consultation with the Site Manager to assist the Site Team, such as ensuring the road and adjacent playgrounds are free from litter, checking for health and safety issues, reporting on these, and ensuring signage in this area of the school site is up to date, clean and well secured.
This role is term-time only, working all year round. We will consider one full-time position or two part-time positions which will cover 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and overtime will be available. Graveney is an extremely popular and successful 11-18 school in South West London, SW17, with campus-style surroundings and excellent facilities.
