Thales UK is seeking a Site Security Manager for its Templecombe site, the largest UK facility. This role involves managing security operations, ensuring compliance with security policies, and working closely with MOD contracts. Thales in Templecombe is our largest UK sites with three Manufacturing buildings and a commercial office. We offer a diverse range of operations delivering to both commercial and defence contracts. As a number of MOD contracts are delivered to and a significant number of employees are working with secret information, we are looking for an experienced security specialist with expertise and knowledge of MOD List X Security Clearance.
The role will provide an effective and efficient security service to all Thales businesses at the Templecombe site, ensuring compliance with relevant national, Group and UK security policies and procedures.

This role will require SC Clearance. If not currently held it is expected that the post holder will undergo SC Clearance, please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment and/or education history for up to three years. Some vacancies may require full Security Clearance which can require further evidence to be provided.
