Job summary

CGI is seeking a Site Security Controller to maintain secure, compliant environments supporting UK Government and defence programmes. You will shape security governance, drive improvements and influence how security is embedded in facilities and operations.

The role offers a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare and a share scheme. Hybrid work with 4 days in office near Reading or Leatherhead; British nationals with high-level UK Security Clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
• Experience in site security governance or security operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own site security governance for allocated programme sites.
• Develop practical security solutions and embed security into facilities and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide continuous security improvement.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position therefore 4 days in office one remote. to be based near Reading or Leatherhead
