Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced setting out engineer to support the senior project team in delivering the engineering strategy on the designated project. You will be responsible for setting out information, QA documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors and the delivery team to ensure targets are met.

You will hold a CSCS card, be prepared for weekend and night shifts if required, and contribute to maintaining quality records and weekly programme updates.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of engineering and industry best practice.
• Working towards a degree in engineering or a relevant professional qualification is desirable.
• A valid CSCS card is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior project team in implementing the engineering strategy and framework.
• Carry out complex setting out and determine optimum installation locations.
• Assist Sub Agent in material, plant and labour management.
• Maintain QA documentation such as ITPs and check sheets.
• Record site events and progress against weekly programmes and KPIs.
• Identify and raise Technical Queries with possible solutions.
