Arla Foods is seeking a Site Scheduler to optimize planning processes at their Stourton Dairy. The role involves updating reports, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various teams to meet service commitments while ensuring cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have FMCG experience along with analytical and communication skills to drive continual improvement.
Shift pattern;
This role will cover Sunday to Wednesday with a 4 on / 3 off fixed shift pattern based at Stourton Dairy.
There will also be an ad-hoc requirement to cover other weekdays and Saturdays to ensure continual 7 day Scheduling cover at Stourton.

What you will need to succeed
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in an FMCG environment, ideally within a similar Site Scheduler, Planner or Supply Planning role and with a proven understanding of site level operations and the end to end supply chain. They will have an analytical mindset and be excited by change. The candidate will have an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from all levels of the business. They will approach problem solving with a mindset of root cause identification and continual improvement. Previous SAP/APO experience is also a significant advantage.
