On behalf of our client, Mitsui Fudosan, we are hiring for a Site Sales Manager on a permanent basis to work on their flagship development Television Centre in White City W12.

This role will give you access to work on the second phase of one of London’s most exciting New Build developments, which will launch in October 2024. The development consists of apartments ranging in price from circa £575,000 to £5.5million.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets - sell units as profitably as possible
  • Attend regular sales meetings and departmental updates
  • Report sales progress and activity weekly both internally and to clients
  • Deliver thorough knowledge of the new homes product across London
  • Research into the competition/market
  • Knowledge of each potential purchaser’s requirements
  • Collaborate with other Knight Frank departments in order to make referrals and generate more business
  • The ideal candidate profile would have:

  • 2 years + of New Homes, Off Plan sales or Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Some demonstrable interest in New Build developments
  • Good knowledge of the London property market
