On behalf of our client, Mitsui Fudosan, we are hiring for a Site Sales Manager on a permanent basis to work on their flagship development Television Centre in White City W12.

This role provides the opportunity to work on the second phase of one of London’s most exciting new build developments, launching in October 2024. The development includes apartments ranging from approximately £575,000 to £5.5 million.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales targets - sell units profitably
  2. Attend regular sales meetings and departmental updates
  3. Report sales progress and activity weekly to internal teams and clients
  4. Maintain thorough knowledge of the new homes product across London
  5. Research the competition and market trends
  6. Understand each potential purchaser’s requirements
  7. Collaborate with other Knight Frank departments to generate referrals and increase business
The ideal candidate profile would have:
  1. 2+ years experience in New Homes, Off Plan sales, or Customer Service
  2. Strong communication skills
  3. Interest in New Build developments
  4. Good knowledge of the London property market
