Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Data Quality Team

We're looking for an accomplished and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Experian Data Quality team in London, on a hybrid working pattern.

Reporting to the QA Director, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our market-leading suite of data management products. Your initial focus will be on observability to support incident resolution, with ongoing responsibilities for performance and stability improvements.

Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing monitoring solutions, maintaining dashboards, alerts, and visualisations to provide real-time insights into system health and performance, and analysing telemetry data to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact customers.

Qualifications

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

• Experience with incident management and SRE best practices.
• Proficiency in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS.
• Scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation experience; familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation is desirable.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools, with experience in Azure DevOps being a plus.
