Role Overview:

The team deploys and maintains our product infrastructure, transforming code into secure, operational environments in Azure and AWS. They support everything from creating infrastructure diagrams to deploying pipelines, providing 24/7 support for various server clusters to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain high-availability, secure environments.
  2. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  4. Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure needs and project timelines.
  5. Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
  6. Manage AWS/Azure services (ECS, Blob storage, etc.).
  7. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
  8. Automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce technical debt.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or 3+ years relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure management.
  • Expertise in CI/CD workflows and maintaining automated pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud services.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Skilled in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation.
  • Ability to lead incident management and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Training in secure coding practices (preferred).
