Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure containerized infrastructure. This is a critical role requiring strong collaboration with development teams to ensure high availability, performance, and efficiency of services deployed in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient, and secure container infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines with a focus on reliability and automation.
Implement and manage effective monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to ensure 24/7 service availability.
Collaborate closely with development teams to fine-tune containerized application performance.
Conduct capacity planning and cost optimization for container workloads.
Lead root cause analysis and postmortem reviews after production incidents.
Secure container platforms and ensure compliance with security best practices.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, OpenShift) and Docker.
Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking concepts, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
Familiarity with major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.
Solid working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
