Job summary

United Infrastructure, based in Alness, Scotland, seeks an established Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial area of our growing workload. This site-based role involves cost control, contract administration, and reporting across multiple civils/infrastructure projects with SSE as a client.

You will manage budgets, prepare cashflows, and develop subcontracting strategies while collaborating with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civils/infra projects.
• Strong cost estimating, contract administration and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Administer contracts and review documents for risks.
• Monitor project costs and report variances.
