Site Quality Manager – Food Manufacturing

My client are a rapidly growing, values-driven food manufacturing company based in Fife, already a major player in their sector their business continues to expand. With significant investment in their facilities, people, and future, this is the perfect time to join as Site Quality Manager and help lead them into the next exciting phase of their journey.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Technical, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are not just safe and compliant—but outstanding. This is more than a quality job; it’s a chance to shape a quality-led culture across an ambitious, innovative site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive quality excellence by supporting the development and ongoing improvement of our Quality Management System.
  • Champion food safety across the site—ensuring we go beyond compliance to set the standard.
  • Inspire and guide teams at all levels to foster a proactive food safety culture rooted in accountability and pride.
  • Lead training and coaching initiatives that empower site teams to deliver with confidence and competence.
  • Build relationships with key regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and continuous compliance.
  • Support change management by collaborating with site leadership to implement business-critical improvement projects.
  • Oversee robust monitoring systems, ensuring effective control over food safety, process management, GMP, and food handling.
