A leading General Contractor in Slough is seeking an experienced Site Quality Lead (CSA) for a contract role outside IR35. The position involves full ownership of quality assurance and control for a major data centre project. You will collaborate with project management and engineering teams, ensuring that all works align with industry standards. Candidates should possess proven experience in quality leadership within large-scale construction and data centre environments. This is an opportunity for long-term engagement on a flagship project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CSA-focused Quality Lead/Manager role.
• Background in large-scale construction or mission‑critical projects.
• Data centre experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CSA quality activities on site.
• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and ITPs.
• Carry out inspections, audits, and surveillance of subcontractor works.
