Site/Project Manager - Flooring
Location: London & Essex
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Travel Expensed

We are seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager with a background in flooring installation to join a leading specialist contractor. This role will see you managing high-profile commercial flooring projects across various sectors, ranging from £50,000-£1,000,000 in value.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full project lifecycle of flooring installations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Work closely with main contractors, site managers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations.
Manage budgets, procurement, and material schedules.
Conduct quality control checks, snagging, and final handovers.

Requirements:

Previous experience managing flooring projects (carpet, vinyl, timber, resin, tiling, raised access flooring).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
