Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £56,000.00 Per Annum PLUS Benefits!

Location: Leicester

Due to further growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Project Manager to effectively manage end-to-end site projects ranging from £20k to £3 million, from client order through to completion.

Responsibilities of a Site Project Manager:

• Manage and supervise the design process internally and externally
• Liaise with architects, subcontractors, and contractors
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication
• Ensure equipment and plant machinery are ordered and on-site within timescales
• Manage budgets effectively and supervise purchases
• Achieve client sign-off and issue completion certificates
• Attend sites within the M25 corridor as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a CSCS Black Card or Gold Card
• Must hold an SMSTS certification
• Previous experience as a Site Project Manager, ideally within the construction industry or related fields
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
• Self-driven and motivated
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
