Job summary

Protec Fire Solutions ANZ is seeking a capable project delivery professional in the UK to support the Project Manager across allocated fire safety projects. You will review drawings and technical submissions, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning with internal teams and external contractors.

Attendance at client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

Qualifications in a technical or engineering field with relevant project delivery exposure.
Experience reviewing drawings and technical documentation for projects.
Knowledge of fire detection, life safety or M&E projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in day-to-day delivery of allocated projects.
Create and review method statements, risk assessments and ITPs.
Coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
Attend design, planning, commercial and commissioning meetings.
Monitor programmes, milestones, labour and materials, providing progress updates.
Review technical submissions and coordinate changes where required.
Assist with NEC notifications, communications and compensation events where applicable.
Ensure works comply with health and safety arrangements and project procedures.
