Equans Data Centres is seeking a Site Project Administrator for a live construction project near Saunderton, High Wycombe. You will support the Project Directors and on-site team, ensuring smooth daily operations of the site cabins and acting as the first point of contact for visitors.
You will manage office supplies, coordinate furniture and equipment, track documentation, and assist with procurement and costs. A strong organisational and communicative aptitude is essential.

This is a site‑based role on a live construction project in Saunderton, High Wycombe, supporting the Project Director(s) and wider on‑site team. The role is responsible for the daily operations within the construction site cabins. We are committed to delivering a professional, efficient and well‑organised working environment across our construction projects, and are recruiting an Site Project Administrator to join our site team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of the construction site office/cabins, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting project delivery and acting as the first point of contact for all site visitors.
