Job summary

Naturewall is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the Beverley manufacturing site. You will lead production supervisors, team leaders and operators, turning the plan into reliable output while controlling labour, quality, waste and downtime.

Take ownership of day-to-day production, drive OTIF performance, and develop a safe, efficient and compliant operation that supports ongoing growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Proven track record of improving output and quality.
• Ability to lead multiple production lines and shift teams.
• Understanding of production planning, labour deployment, material flow.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the production floor daily, setting priorities and resources.
• Own schedule attainment across all production activities from bonding to dispatch.
• Drive OTIF and ensure orders are on time and to spec.
• Set health and safety standards and ensure proper incident reporting.
• Maintain SOPs and visual operating standards; improve production efficiency.
