Job summary

The Westleigh School is seeking an enthusiastic Site & Premises Supervisor to join our supportive team. You will oversee daily site operations, maintain buildings and grounds to a high standard, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.

You will coordinate contractors, carry out health and safety checks, support compliance, and manage site security including opening/closing the site. A practical, organised approach with good attention to detail is essential, and experience

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hands-on Site & Premises Supervisor to join our secondary school and play a key role in ensuring our school environment is safe, secure, well-maintained and welcoming for our students, staff and visitors. Working as part of the school's support team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site and premises, ensuring buildings, facilities and grounds are maintained to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be practical, organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. Previous experience in a site, premises, estates or facilities role would be desirable, ideally within an educational setting.
