A leading construction company is seeking an experienced 4D Site Planner to support a redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. The role involves expertise in 3D/4D planning, visualisation, and collaboration with project teams. Applicants must possess a higher education in a relevant field, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Synchro 4D pro, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. BAM Infrastructure is currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth, and we are seeking an experienced 4D Site Planner who will be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on Digital Construction Technologies. Experienced in 3D/4D Planning, working with designers, 4D visualisation/modelling to bring the project to life. Capable of visualising complex problems and articulating them on screen and off. Checking and validating models to and from the client/designers and coordinating with our site teams to ensure they reflect our team’s intent.
Due to the site being a high-security military Naval base, additional security checks will need to be made – BPSS level of security clearance is required. These checks can take up to 8 weeks to process. Only candidates holding EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member passports and who have been a UK resident for the last 5 years can be considered for this role.
