Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Painter & Decorator for a construction project in Stepps, near Glasgow. The role involves surface preparation, applying paint and finishes, and maintaining high standards on internal/external areas.

You will work on site with a focus on safety, quality, and collaboration with other trades. Valid CSCS card, own tools, PPE, and identification are required; successful candidates will join a team with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card (Blue ideal).
• Must have own painting equipment/tools.
• Must be hard working and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots).

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, filling, priming).
• Apply paint, varnish and other finishes.
• Work on internal and external areas as required.
• Ensure a high-quality finish to all work.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support other trades on site as required.
• Perform all duties as instructed by site management.
• Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards.
