Qualifications

• Erfahrung in chemischen Betriebsabläufen erforderlich.
• Kenntnisse der Abfallwirtschaft von Vorteil.
• Gültiger Führerschein und Gabelstaplerschein erforderlich.

• Betrieb von Anlagen und Ausrüstung gemäß den Sicherheitsvorschriften.
• Überwachung von Tankvorgängen und Dokumentation.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Team und Kunden zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit.

Team Leader

Key Duties

1. Work as part of a small, established team on a shift system.
2. Operate plant and equipment safely, following company and local procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with site license/permit and working plan conditions.
4. Follow all local and company health & safety procedures.
5. Operate various process equipment under the direction of the Team Leader and senior staff.
6. Supervise tanker loading and off-loading activities.
7. Operate tank farm systems, including transfer to acid plant.
8. Operate the acid plant and process batches according to site instructions.
9. Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
10. Accurately complete all relevant documentation.
11. Sample processes under the supervision of Chemists and Team Leaders.
12. Operate mobile plant, including FLTs, Ro-Ro, and site tankers.
13. Perform pre-use inspections on mobile plant.
14. Adhere to site procedures and risk assessments.
15. Report site defects to the Team Leader.
16. Collaborate with site personnel, customers, and drivers.
17. Complete shift logs and handovers.
18. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in chemical operations.
• Knowledge of waste industry preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of plant safety aspects.
• Valid driving license.
• Forklift truck license.
• Class 2 driving license (desirable).
