Overview

Site Operative – Permanent, part-time, whole year position, working 27.5 hours per week.

Salary: Grade 5: £25,989 - £27,254 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £19,316 - £20,256 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective caretaking support to the school, including site maintenance, site security and the general appearance of the building.
  • Cover the preferred working hours (12:00-18:00 Monday to Friday) and 10:00-16:00 during school closure periods, with flexibility to support the team with different shifts to cover absence or illness.
  • Work alongside teaching staff to be a role model for students, demonstrating high standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
