Based in the Midlands region, the role involves assisting with welfare and compound facilities, attending meetings as needed, and helping to uphold company policies while delivering steady, reliable labour to support construction work.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Operative on a busy construction site.
• Good communication skills and time management.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a diligent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on stock levels and alert Site Manager when low.
• Maintain cleanliness across site, welfare and compound facilities.
• Possibly act as first aider on site.
• Support health & safety measures and secure perimeters and access routes.
• Attend necessary meetings and follow company policies.
