Job summary

Pinchbeck East C of E Primary Academy seeks a reliable Site Operative to help keep the school safe, secure and welcoming. You will carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance, support contractors and help ensure the site runs smoothly.

This role offers flexible part-time hours (15 hours per week across two days) with training and development opportunities. Prior school experience isn't essential; experience in maintenance, facilities, grounds, caretaking or similar roles is welcome and you will

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, trades, grounds maintenance, caretaking, or similar roles is welcomed.
• Previous school experience isn't essential; candidates with hands-on maintenance background are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and compliant site.
• Support site security, including opening and closing.
• Maintain our buildings and grounds.
• Work with contractors and visitors.
