Site Operative role working for a well-established business in Tockwith.

Job Details

The following information relates to the role:

  • £14.00/hour
  • Full Time - 43 hours/week - Permanent - Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm, Friday 7am - 12pm
  • Free Onsite Parking
  • 20 Days Holiday Plus 8 Bank Holidays
  • Auto Enrolment Pension
The Client

Our client is a privately owned, well established and reputable company based in Tockwith. Established in 1992, they are a leading supplier in their field and partner of choice for solvent supply and waste removal for major NHS hospitals throughout the UK. They pride themselves on service, quality and price when delivering and meeting customer needs.

The Role

Due to a retirement, they now require a Site Operative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the Production Process
  • Operate both manual and automated equipment
  • Load and off-load vehicles, (manual and by forklift)
  • Other general site duties as required
  • Work in line with Health and Safety laws
Person Specification

The ideal candidates MUST:

  • Be physically fit - the role includes operating machinery and manually loading vehicles
  • Be reliable
  • A forklift licence is an advantage, but full training will be given.
  • Own transport is essential due to location, and the company operates a no smoking policy.
