Site Operative (48-Hour Contract) – Paid Door to Door

Location: Wednesbury (Travel Required)
Hours: 48 hours per week
Pay: £13 per hour, paid from the moment you leave home until you return
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Site Operative to join our clients growing team, carrying out specialist empty property clearances and environmental cleans. From graffiti removal and needle sweeps to pigeon guano and hazardous waste clearance, this is a physically demanding but highly rewarding role for someone who takes pride in restoring properties to a safe, clean standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property clearances and deep cleans in void or disused premises
• Graffiti and biohazard removal (including pigeon guano and needle sweeps)
• Working at height, including on scaffolding, as required
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Completing timesheets and job reports accurately
• Communicating effectively with team members and site supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience (Full UK driving licence required)
• Comfortable with working at heights and using scaffolding
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move heavy items
• Previous experience in environmental cleaning, waste management or a related field is highly desirable
• Experience in asbestos removal and/or industrial cleaning is a strong advantage
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work flexibly and travel for jobs as needed
