We have a great opportunity for a Site Operative to join our team within Vistry North West Midlands at our site in Telford. As our Site Operative, you will carry out general labouring duties to assist the Site Management team with the maintenance of plots, compound, and surrounding areas.

• Site preparation, debris removal, trench digging
• Maintaining safety procedures and reporting violations
• Ensuring site cleanliness and safety
• Reporting incidents and hazards
• Assisting with site safety signage and hazard securing
• Providing basic first aid if trained
• Loading/unloading materials, ensuring proper storage
• Minimizing material loss/damage
• Checking and receiving deliveries
• Maintaining site presentation and tidiness
• Assisting with snagging and plot cleaning
• Securing building and boundary areas
• Managing site access and visitor control
