We are recruiting for Site Operatives based in Hull working on clean and dirty water sites.

Company Overview

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the preparation of sites, including unloading and storing of building materials and plant.
  2. Store, handle, use and dispose of materials in the correct manner.
  3. Perform physical tasks such as basic timber shuttering, drainage and kerb laying, material mixing, and application.
  4. Operate heavy machinery in conjunction with CPCS training (e.g., diggers, dumpers, compressors).
  5. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, including wearing full PPE at all times.
  6. Follow the Company Safety Handbook and all other safety instructions.
  7. Follow all training and reasonable instructions given.
  8. Have experience working on-site in a labourer capacity.
  9. Be self-motivated and able to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
  10. Work safely at heights, following relevant training.
  11. Follow instructions and accept personal responsibility.
  12. Lift, carry, and push equipment as needed.
  13. Act on initiative, especially regarding Health & Safety and reporting relevant matters.
  14. Demonstrate good driving skills in company vans, with driving monitored and tracked.
  15. Willingness to attend training courses when required.
  16. Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.
Additional Information

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering works on our Water Utility and Environmental Agency contracts to high standards and in a timely manner. Travel and overnight stays will be part of the job.
