Job summary

Recserv Ltd is seeking a motivated Site Operative to join our growing Operations Team on a range of specialist construction and energy projects across the UK. The role involves hands-on work on glasshouse construction, energy centres, and energy-efficiency installations, with full training provided to develop expertise across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates will have CSCS, PASMA, IPAF MEWP, and a full UK driving licence, plus strong communication and a collaborative attitude.

Working on glasshouse construction, energy centres, and energy-efficiency installations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects throughout the UK. Full training and development opportunities will be provided to help you build expertise across multiple systems and technologies.

Previous experience in glasshouse construction would be highly advantageous, particularly in areas such as steel erection, glazing, gutters, drainage systems, and door installation.

Essential Requirements

• CSCS Card holder.
• PASMA certification.
• IPAF MEWP operator certification.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to learn.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in glasshouse construction and fit-out.
• Experience with steel erection, glazing, gutters, drainage systems, and doors.
• Knowledge of plumbing, pipework, water systems, and heating systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• SSSTS qualification.
• Telehandler operation experience and/or CPCS certification.
