Interaction Recruitment in Accrington is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to join our logistics team on a permanent basis. The role manages day-to-day operations, supports staff, and upholds safety and performance standards on a 40-hour week basis.

You will supervise a busy logistics operation, coordinate deliveries and collections, maintain records, and drive efficiency while ensuring high housekeeping and site organisation. A hands-on leader capable of motivating a team is essential.

The Role

As aSite Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the site. You will support the management team, supervise operational activities and help ensure that service and performance standards are consistently maintained.
