Slicker Recycling Ltd in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our waste oil processing and transfer facility. You will drive safe, efficient operations, oversee plant and equipment, and guide a growing team across a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm) at DY13 9RW.

The role requires leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on management to deliver high standards, traceability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• WAMITAB/CIWM - Essential
• NEBOSH/IOSH - Desirable
• Degree level education - Preferred; Chemistry degree - Desirable; industry experience considered
• Full UK Driving Licence - Essential
• Forklift Licence - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operation of waste oil processing and transfer facility.
• Lead safety, compliance with permits, and environmental regulations.
• Manage staffing, shift planning, performance reviews, and team development.
• Plan maintenance and oversee plant equipment, tanks, and infrastructure.
• Ensure quality control, proper documentation, and incident reporting.
