Alexander Steele Recruitment partners with a leading chilled food manufacturer to appoint a Site Operations Manager who will own and optimise all operational aspects of the site.

Reporting into the Operations Director, you will lead production teams, drive efficiency, manage supply chain activities and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. This hands-on role demands strong organisational skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a high-growth business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production/operations management within the chilled food manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership with a track record of effectively leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
