Job summary

Construction Site Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to lead delivery of mains and service replacement projects. You will translate programmes into practical daily and weekly plans, coordinate resources and supervise subcontractors to meet meterage and programme targets while maintaining safety and customer service.

You will provide visible safety leadership, ensure compliance with permits and risk assessments, and escalate risks early to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Track record delivering programmes, meterage and productivity through teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, traffic management and environmental controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly and six-week delivery plans.
• Ensure work fronts are fully enabled before mobilisation with permits, notices and drawings.
• Monitor meterage, productivity and completion dates against plan daily.
• Deploy labour, plant and materials to meet output targets.
• Investigate shortfalls and implement recovery plans with the Head of Operations.
• Provide safety leadership and ensure compliance with all permits and risk assessments.
