Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Site Supervisor to efficiently manage field operations, control subcontractors, and ensure materials align with the build programme. You will work under the Site Manager to plan activities, maintain safety standards, and uphold quality across stages.

The role requires a trade background, NVQ L4, and CSCS Manager/Supervisor; involvement with NHBC inspections and customer care is key. Based at a Taylor Wimpey site in the UK.

Qualifications

• Trade background and site supervision experience.
• NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Supervision or equivalent.
• Current First Aid qualification and CSCS Manager/Supervisor card.

Responsibilities

• Organise labour and subcontractors to meet the build programme.
• Co-ordinate materials and subcontractors under the Site Manager.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with inspections and quality checks at stages.
• Support customer care and snagging processes.
