Job summary

Deliveroo is hiring a Site Associate in Canning Town to support the Editions delivery-only kitchen network. This part-time role (20 hours per week) operates with site hours from 7:00 AM to 4:30 AM, including a 20% uplift for hours worked after 10:00 PM.

You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, support dispatch by moving orders from partner kitchens to the dispatch area, and assist with partner kitchen equipment during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Site Excellence by regular deep cleaning of equipment and areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Support Dispatch Operations by moving food between partner kitchens and dispatch area, coordinating with riders for fast delivery.
• Provide Partner Support by managing the pot wash and ensuring kitchen equipment stays clean during shifts.
• Ensure Operational Safety through routine site checks with management to identify and resolve safety or cleanliness issues.
• Drive Problem Solving by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements for site efficiency.
