Base Location: Seagreen Operations & Maintenance Hub, Montrose Port

Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

Are you an organised and proactive team player with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operation of our Seagreen Offshore Windfarm base in Montrose. You\'ll help keep our site safe, compliant, and efficient - supporting renewable energy operations that help power a net zero future.

You will
  • Provide wide-ranging administrative and operational support for our offshore wind operations, including document control, data reporting, and procurement tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate site logistics including warehouse goods handling (including forklift operations), dangerous goods transport, equipment calibration, visitor access, PPE records, and waste contracts.
  • Act as a key contact for facilities management and service providers, supporting compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Welcome and support visitors to the site, overseeing inductions, room bookings and general site services.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of operational activities, including finance-related admin such as invoice processing and spend monitoring.
You have
  • Experience in a busy administrative, logistics, warehouse or operational support role - ideally in an engineering, energy, or infrastructure setting.
  • Confidence using business systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, procurement or asset management platforms like Maximo).
  • Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and strong communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • The motivation to learn, develop and support continuous improvement in a growing renewables business.
Hybrid working

This can be a hybrid role, offering a mix of site and home working, expectation would be that you will be available on site at Montrose circa 2 days per week depending on the needs of the Asset, so you will ideally reside within a reasonable and safe commuting distance to Montrose Harbour, ideally but not limited to Montrose, Arbroath, Dundee, or Aberdeen South.
