Connolly Limited is seeking a reliable driver to support our Social Housing refurbishment programmes and West Yorkshire sites with timely deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment. The role involves coordinating with site teams and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly in occupied and void properties.

The Driver position requires a Full UK Driving Licence, safe driving practices, and the ability to work independently in a varied environment, ensuring a professional service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous driving or delivery experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge of local road networks.
• Reliable and organised approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience within construction or Social Housing is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering materials, tools and equipment to sites.
• Collecting materials from suppliers and merchants.
• Supporting site teams with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Carrying out regular vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised company vehicle.
• Assisting with stock movements and site logistics.
• Supporting operatives with site requirements when required.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
• Providing a professional and courteous service at all times.
