Key functions of the role:

1. Manage and coordinate all operational functions.
2. Ensure that Ecowize delivers a food-safe site daily.
3. Complete inspections, micros, audits, and provide continuous customer feedback.
4. Be accountable for root cause analysis.
5. Conduct and report meetings with the team, driving strict performance standards to meet weekly hygiene and safety objectives.
6. Manage site budgets, including stock control and monitoring of equipment, consumables, and uniforms.
7. Complete operational documentation and procedures.
8. Ensure internal and follow-up audits are conducted.
9. Advise on HR-related queries as required.
