We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a residential development in Fair Oak, Hampshire. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

This is an initial 3-month contract, reporting to the Project Manager, with a focus on two apartment blocks and close coordination with the wider site team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on residential developments.
• Experience delivering apartment schemes.
• Main Contractor or residential developer experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes and sequencing.
• Strong subcontractor management skills.
• Proactive approach to programme, quality and safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Relevant site management tickets.

Responsabilités

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a residential development in Fair Oak, Hampshire.

This is an initial 3-month contract, working as part of an established site team and reporting directly into the Project Manager.

You will take responsibility for a parcel consisting of two apartment blocks, managing the day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team

The Candidate

We are looking for a Site Manager with:

• Previous Site Management experience on residential developments
• Strong experience delivering apartment schemes
• Main Contractor or residential developer experience
• Good knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• A proactive approach to programme, quality and health & safety
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an established project team
• Relevant Site Management qualifications/tickets
