Site Manager Position: Site Manager - Enhanced DBS

Location: York

Contract role: 4 weeks

Salary: Up to £260 per day

Start Date: July

Key Requirements

• Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid, CSCS, Enhanced DBS

Background

• Extensive refurbishment experience
• Experience working within Education centres

Shift Patterns

7:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations
• Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
• Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Oversee site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
