Job summary

Careermakers is seeking a Site Manager/Working Foreman to oversee works on sites across the north west area. You will manage teams of trades and labour, coordinate logistics, and ensure the project runs to schedule.

You will monitor health and safety, procure materials, prepare progress reports, and maintain quality. Strong leadership, organisation, and communication are essential, with experience in civil engineering or construction management preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction sectors.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong knowledge of design software is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in time management to meet strict deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management are preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
