You will be joining a main contractor appointed on a major water framework in the Midlands region. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to work on water schemes in the Leicestershire area.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to schedule, undertaking site audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records and documentation, performing quality checks in line with contract specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors and construction teams.
To succeed, you should have previous experience in mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry in a management or supervisory capacity and hold relevant certifications, including CSCS, SMSTS (ideally), and First Aid. You will also need sound organisational skills, proven experience in leading delivery teams, and strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
