Site Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Operations
Location: Bilston, West Midlands
Salary: 50,000 plus pension

Role Overview:
We are seeking a NEBOSH-qualified Site Manager to lead a small waste management and recycling operation. You will oversee the processing of recyclable materials, ensuring KPIs, safety, ISO standards, environmental regulations, and company policies are met. This hands-on role requires strong leadership to manage staffing levels, maintain high performance, and drive operational efficiency for a growing company.
You must a strong Health and safety background.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the waste recycling yard.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards.

Develop and lead the team to achieve processing and output targets.

Maintain high performance and control staffing levels.

Essential Requirements:
NEBOSH Qualified

Proven man-management and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience in waste management or recycling operations.

Desirable Qualifications:
Ideally WAMITAB/COTC Level 4 qualification (preferably Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Treatment, but all considered).
Mobile plant tickets (e.g., 360 Grab/Excavator, Loading Shovel, Telehandler).

MRF Manager, MBT Supervisor, Waste Manager, Transfer Station Manager, WEEE Site Operations Manager, Waste Operations Supervisor, Transfer Station Supervisor, Production Manager, Scrap Metal Yard Foreman, Skip Hire Yard Manager, Metal Recycling Operations Manager, Clinical Waste Plant Manager, or Confidential Waste Depot Manager.
