Qualifications
Proven ability to consistently deliver weekly targets.
Experience of working to an established build programme.
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and housebuilding.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety standards.
Co-ordinate labour and resources for optimum delivery.
Monitor and control costs of production.
Liaise with internal and external partners for build program success.
Conduct toolbox talks to promote best practice.

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
