Job summary

Fawkes and Reece are recruiting on behalf of a well-established housebuilder to support a 100-unit traditional residential development in Preston. You will oversee day-to-day management, ensuring progress aligns with the programme, quality standards and customer expectations.

You will manage the full traditional build process, from foundations to handover, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining compliance with health & safety and site documentation.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification is required.
• SMSTS certification is required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Must have experience with traditional build housing that can be referenced.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and plant to keep development on schedule.
• Monitor construction quality, workmanship and health & safety standards to required spec.
• Manage full traditional housebuilding process from foundations to handover.
