The successful candidate will work on a mixed-use development including residential, leisure, commercial, and retail facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily site operations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for effective communication.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met and regulations followed.
