Site Manager / Supervisor – Shop Fit Outs – Brighton

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager/ Supervisor to oversee a high-end shop fit-out project in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail fit-outs, excellent on-site management skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics.

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness.

• Report progress and issues to the project management team.

• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the fit-out.

Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (SMSTS preferred).

• Valid CSCS Card.

• Proven experience managing shop fit-out or retail fit-out projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
