Site Manager role: overseeing student accommodation projects (refurbishments & some new builds) for one of the UK's most sustainable and growing contractors.

Salary & Package: approximately £60,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Excellent Package + 10% Bonus Scheme + Travel expenses & petrol mileage + Fully expensed hotel stays + Opportunities for progression within a company with solid clients, sheltered from economic downturns (growth of £50 million in sustainable turnover since COVID).
